Remembering Rev. Mike.
This weeks Sunday worship service at 10:30am on 10th September will be hosted by Rev. Andrew McMillan. We are thankful to Andrew and other dear friends of our congregation who have stepped in to help continue our Sunday worship services.
The funeral, celebration and thanksgiving for the life of our dear minister Rev. Mike Marsden will take place at Seafield Crematorium, Edinburgh, on Monday 18th September at 1pm, followed by a reception at Wilson Memorial Church immediately afterwards.
Rev. Mike was minister to the congregation of Wilson Memorial Church from 2016, and we are all still shocked at the news of his passing after a very short illness.
Please remember Mike’s wife Yvonne and their family in your prayers at this very difficult time.
It is impossible to avoid being sad about the loss of Mike, but we are all thankful for the time he was our minister, and we will remember him as a man full of love, passion and humour.
